← The Feltman building – The Feltman Building stands six stories tall and is over 100 years old. It has housed hundreds of tenants in its time. Originally one of the first banks in downtown Toledo it still had the old vault rooms in the cellar. The top floors were being renovated to be rented out as condominiums. The first floor was rented out to local rock bands as music studios. There were many claims of paranormal activity in the building, including this huge dark cellar.
