Haunted Waterville Historical Society The house, located at 114 South River Rd (originally Main St), was built in 1838 on lot 38 by David Robbins, constable and farmer. Lot 38 was one of the original 50 laid out John Pray in 1831, who died at age 30 after bearing six children. An 1850 census list David, age 47 47, born in Canada, with children Lucy 18. Elizabeth 16, Wellington 14 and MaryEtte 12. Another daughter, Susan, had married Reuben Hall in 1846, and a son Rinaldo (1831-1894) was a local merchant. The home now represents a typical pre-Civil War home by its décor, furniture, utensils, etc. Many artifacts have been donated by Society members and friends,

Spaghetti Warehouse Toledo, Ohio has a rich history of legends and hauntings, one such location is the notoriously haunted Spaghetti Warehouse located at 42 S Superior St in downtown Toledo. The Murder In Sylvania is a true history about a grisly murder that happened in a small, quiet community in Northwestern Ohio back in 1857.The murder, committed by Return Jonathan Meigs Ward, was the first case of capital execution in Lucas County, Ohio, and this brutal murder was the last of a series of slayings committed by this first presumed serial killer in the state of Ohio.

The Lady in the Attic This is investigation has been ongoing for over two decades. The family moved into this home after living in a haunted home three blocks away. They believed that their previous live-in ghost, “Henry” had followed them to this home in the mid 1970′s. At one time or another everyone who lived here had experienced paranormal activity.

The Maxwell Haunting TOGHS received several calls for help from the Five Points area in Toledo within a period of a couple of months. The owner of this home stated that she was held down and choked while in bed, attacked in the shower, pushed down the stairs and woke up one night to the sight of a young boy standing next to her bed

The Wyndhurst This home was occupied by several university students. They were terrified to be in the home, and at one point actually duct taped the door to their attic closed due to the frightening extent of the activity in the home. TOGHS captured some of our best evidence to date in this home.

The Feltman building – The Feltman Building stands six stories tall and is over 100 years old. It has housed hundreds of tenants in its time. Originally one of the first banks in downtown Toledo it still had the old vault rooms in the cellar. The top floors were being renovated to be rented out as condominiums. The first floor was rented out to local rock bands as music studios. There were many claims of paranormal activity in the building, including this huge dark cellar.
